From a specific vineyard in Contrada Corvello with bush-trained vines on calcareous-clayey soil. Harvested manually in small crates during the early morning hours in the second half of September, followed by crushing/destemming and skin maceration for a few hours. Followed by gentle pressing and ageing on fine lees in steel vats for 7 to 9 months.
